I didn't know Trans-Siberian Orchestra so resembled my favorite hair bands of yore. My kids love this version (and will even more with the heavy metal rockers.) Happy New Year's Y'all!

When I started this blog years ago, I fell in love with this tree, tiny but mighty, alight in the middle of the woods, God at work in nature!

I visited the tree a year later -- look at how it had grown. I hope to see it again soon, though I doubt I will be able to recognize it two years later!

My family and I love this version, too-- We have several TSO albums due to liking this one song. Many of their songs are big-hair-band-ish and fun :)
